Rio Krisel G Bautista
Rio Krisel Bautista joins the firm with extensive legal and accounting experience from previous professional engagements. Following her admission to the Bar in 2023, she gained experience in the
areas of Corporate and Taxation law.
Rio brings a developing practice in Corporate law, advising clients on corporate governance, navigating corporate applications with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and handling general corporate housekeeping services for companies across different industries.
In her Tax practice, Rio has represented clients in tax litigation, handling tax assessments and refund claims before the Court of Tax Appeals. She has also handled transactions and advocated for client’s interests before administrative and regulatory bodies, including the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and various local government units.
